I tried putting a review but somehow not appeared,will try again.Bought 2 sofa's 3 weeks ago and am absolutely delighted with both the service and sofa's,I think the lady we dealt with was called Pauline?Correct me if wrong,we were left to have a good mooch around,find exactly the style we were looking for,much more reasonable prices than elsewhere when we had been looking,excellent quality,delivered on time,and the 2 chaps that brought it were cheerful and very helpful getting it into the room.Would have no hesitation whatsoeverve in recommending Sofa Giant.

Love this place the service is brilliant they dont pressure you and when its delivererd its unwrapped and placed where you want it. The delivery men were great they went out of there way to make sure you was happy they took off there shoes on my new carpet . It was my first visit to Sofa Giant, and I was really pleased with what I saw. There is no pushy sales staff; you can just wander around at your own pace. I was looking for a new sofabed, and each one was demonstrated. I chose a lovely grey one at a very reasonable price; it was in stock and delivered in a few days.

The two delivery drivers were great and placed the sofa down and demonstrated how to use it. I would have no problem recommending Sofa Giant. Really happy with my purchase

Amazing service!!! I bought a chair I’d been looking at for a couple of years in a high street store at a third of the price at least. I’m in Liverpool so too far for Sofa Giant to deliver, but Paula who clearly has wands rather than hands, offered advice that ultimately resulted in my having my dream chair installed in a place that was made for it!!
